Does a Level 5 Raid guarantees a TM?

Ive done 4 level 5 raids so far and each one of them have given me at least 1 TM. In the past few days ive been doing level 4 raids and only gotten berries and revives.

So my questions is, has anyone done a level 5 raid and not gotten a TM as a reward?

Same. It was my first legendary, so for once, I didn't care!

Maybe is just for this days because of the event, and the hype of legends out, and Niantic want people playing.

Just like the first days of Raids actually i think, so try more of them and get full of TM if u can. Maybe the drop rate goes down again, and i think legends gonna be hard to find after July 24.

Two 5* today, no tm and no 'mon :(

I think the premium pass itself increases your chances. I've done free since the beginning, this includes tier 1-4, and today a level 5. Only 1 TM since the beginning, and it was the only premium pass I've used (had left over coins from gyms, no pay)

I did a free pass raid today on Lugia and got 3 TMs, then used a premium on articuno and got nothing, so.... :)

I got 3 fast TMs from one raid. I almost fell over

My sister once got 4 TMs from one single Tyranitar Raid. Maybe world record ;)

I was also really lucky today. 2 lvl 5 Raids. 1 Bird, 4 charge TM, 1 QTM

No, but it is definitely more likely. I got 6 or 7 TMs from my 6 legendary Raids today altogether, sometimes 2 in one Raid, which is much more than I usually get.
