I'm in unsure regarding my two scizors and mewtwo raiding.

Current situation:
Candies: 70
1. Lvl 24. 93, BP/IH
2. Lvl 27. 98%, BP/NS
Also two Scythers on lvl 20; 91% and 89%

How bad is NS compared to X-S; still decent against M2 despite not getting STAB? I.e. Should I quick TM her? Should double TM my lvl 24 ?

Should quick TM #2... but if you want double bug, then charge TM #2 as well

It isn't as good... you can attack more with double bug. But if you are going to use 2 tms, i would use it on #2. You could use it on the double steel, but could end up with fc/ns there too
