Evolve exeggcute

I have plenty of high iv exeggutor at lvl 20 but im missing out on stardust. Should i evolve a L29 71% (2/15/15) exeggcute?

Save your stardust for a more rounded exeggutor, like from a raid. imho

Depends on your candy situation. If you evolve that exeggcute you get a useable Exeggutor instantly without dust investment.

Go grinding. Grinding one hour in a town gives you roundabout 10k dust. A "Plus"-device may help you.
