Espeon ZH/Psybeam

I have a 95.6% ivs level 29 Espeon ZH/Psybeam and was thinking about to power him up. I personally prefer 2 bars charge moves than one.
Is Psybeam really that bad (C for attacking)?. Some points im thinking about:

The DPE is the best, since Psybeam does 140 damage per 100 energy while Future Sight is 120 per 100 energy and Psychic 100 damage per 100 energy; Cooldown: is a fast move, on pair with Psychic (yellowflash 1.3s after move text); 2 bars move: you can finish a battle when got 50 energy OR die after use one more charge move since you need only 50 energy.

edit: my mistake, not a fast cooldown. Thats why the "C" for attacking.

I had a Lv 32 Espeon with ZH/PsyB that I TM'd to ZH/PsyC. While on paper the new version has a higher DPS, it wasn't so dramatic that I felt I had to TM my Lv 30 C/PsyB.

Every one of Espeon's movesets is better than all other current psychics besides Alakazam.

But DPE isnt more important than DPS for charge moves? Psybeam have a better DPE than Psychic and Future Sight.

DPE is important, but cool down is also important because of the number of extra quick attacks you would be able to get in, which adds up quickly with a hard hitting quick move like confusion.

So, the cooldown is the fastest on pair with Psychic, and the DPE is superior than FS and Psychic too.

EDIT: my mistake, the cooldown is bigger than P and FS. So thats why is a C on attack.

No, the cool down is 3.20. Psychic is 2.7 and fs is 2.8. With psyB being a 2 bar move, you have 6.40 seconds of cool down compared to 2.7. This allows you to get in an extra 3 or 4 quick moves, which will add significant damage to the DPS cycle.

Just gonna say having used a C/PsyB one, i just don't think PsyB is very good. Not off any stats, not off time between attacks or anything. Just off experience i believe PsyBeam is not great for attacking.

Ill reserve a Charge TM for this guy to try FS. Will take a long time cuz i need to use one on my Machamp first (Stone Edge -> DP or CC) and i got 0 Charge TMs till now =(.
