Yet another Chansey evolve question

I'd evolve the lvl 20 one.

Defenders aren't worth much now. Evolve neither. Focus on getting 6 strong attackers to take down a raid boss.

After getting 3 Psychic Blissey in a row (I maxed 1 out to put in gyms), I still really wanted to get 1 ZH/DG one, even if defenders matter less than before... I hatched a 98% one few days ago and decided to pull the trigger one last time. This time RNG gods were with me.

I'd personally go with the lvl 20 too because the CP difference won't be that high.

push your level 20 chansey to level 30 and it will be a beast in gyms! You dont need to evolve chansey.

A level 30 Chansey is stronger then a level 20 blissey!

It really depends on your playing environment. If you need a higher level Blissey to eek out an extra 20-30 minutes for coins do it. But quite frankly, where I live, keeping guys in gyms is not hard, getting them out of gyms is the hard part.

The downside to having high powered Blissey's and Snorlaxes, is that for SOME terrible reason, Pogo always autoselects these useless attackers for raids. If you are trying to solo a raid boss and you happen to go through your top 6, then you'll be stuck with a crappy attacker that will ensure your failure either because you simply go with it, or you waste valuable time trying to select something else. I wish I could get rid of them for this reason.
