I have this Golem at L20 (ivs are 15/11/15 as A/D/S). I'm quite low on stardust, just enough to push him to L33.
I don't live in Rock biome so Geodudes are uncommon. I have another Golem with RT/SE at L35, which I intend to use against legendary. But I always want to try RT/RB and, I fear that one Golem will not be enough (even two won't be) for a legendary Raid.
Would you craft a RT/RB Golem were u in my shoes? Or, if you are using such Golem, how satisfied are you with him?

If he is level 20 I would personally wait, iv's are good but there is no rush to use him "right now" because legendaries are not here yet and maybe by the time we have legendaries Golem is a raid boss and you can "easily" get another one with similar or even better iv's and the moveset you want without using that TM.
Unless of course that your are swimming in TM's.
