We can't really test our Pokémon out on defense anymore

I meant on attack against Tyranitar

After comparing it with other Poliwrath's movesets and other pokemon, I can say it would almost certainly be B on offense and C on defense.

Yes, odd that one is missing. I have this move set too on my maxed-out Poliwrath. I decided not to change the Charged move because 1) it's legacy, 2) I'll get screwed over with Hydro Pump or Ice Punch guaranteed and I'm not falling down that rabbit hole (done it with Machamp already), and perhaps most importantly 3) his name is Sub Mitts, and I love his name too much to change it.

I have one with submission also, This is the very reason i won't use a charged TM. Ice Punch and Hydro Pump would make him pointless in a battle for me...
