Dragon Pulse Dragonite

Would you guys use 2 charge TMs to guarantee Outrage or Hurricane? It's a perfect IV one so don't want it to go to waste (no use for it now). I eventually want Outrage and highly doubt any move rework will make DP>O

Edit: it's fast move is DB

I already have a level 33 90% SW/DP I don't really need another dragonite as I have multiple DT/O and DT/H but I was think I might just change to DT/DP for usage. I wonder how that move would perform seems like the damage would be good it's 90 with 2 bar move?

DP works great. Nothing wrong with its Damage in comparison to Energy and Time. It is a real good move.
O works greater. It is even surperior. Same energy, a little more time, conciderable more damage.

I have both Charged Moves, and the difference is noticable.

Yea of course O better I just meant since I already have 2 maxed out and don't want to play RNG game I can just use 1 for DT/DP and get some use out of him which right now is nothing he just use to sit high in gyms.

Dragon pulse is a tough one. I've been wrestling with this decision myself. Outrage is definitely better, but who knows how that might change in the future (e.g. if, say, DP becomes a three-bar move). I wouldn't want to risk two TM's just to upgrade it to outrage, but I'd love to get a DB/H, and my DB/DP is my only hope for that. But who knows how many TM's it would take to get hurricane.

I also have several dragon pulse Gyaradoses and Laprases. As with Dragonite, it's not a bad move on those mons, but not the greatest either, but also legacy and no longer available (maybe ever). And there is a risk of getting a worse move.

For now, I'm leaving my DP mons alone, but I could very easily change my mind.

I have come to the same conclusion: I'm not touching my DB/DP Dragonite. I changed one already to DB/O and I already have a DB/DC, so I don't really need another optimized Dragon. They might change the move later to be even better, and the urgency just isn't there. Might feel differently if it were my best option, however.
