Worth use a Charge TM to change Ancient Power? i guess Rock Blast, EQ and SE are all better, right?. I have a 100% ivs RT/AP but im not sure cuz AP is legacy and can got buffed in the future.
Bonus Question: Is Jolteon soloable (raid boss)?. He looks pretty strong.
You want a golem for its rock attacks. Meaning that EQ would be a downgrade.
If you dont have a proper rock attacking golem and you are not in need for other charge TM's any time soon, I would defintely try and get SE. I did the same on my golem.
I highly doubt AP will get better than SE in the future. At least for how the game works currently (no PvP)
AP is a weak move even in main games (only 60 power). AP and Power Gem are the only two rock type special attack up to Gen 6, however most rock type pokemons are strong at physical attack.
In the future they may implement critical hit into PoGo, which will strongly buff SE with 50% critical hit chance. I can't think of any reason to see AP get better than SE ever.
So far it seems like nobody was able to solo Jolteon. But maybe it might be possible to solo it with non-super effective quick damage dealers or something. Closest I've seen someone get was Jolteon at 10% HP (red bar) in a video. But all mons used were ground types that are slow and timed out before he could use the Dragonites and Tyranitars. Maybe a faster attacker going first would have made a difference, in spite of no super effective damage.
i just answer for bounus Q...Joltion cant be solo done, i try last day, im lv 38 and i use proper pokemons (max level and good movesets) and joltion kill just 1 my rhydon but there is jus no dps from him and no time to finish it...i try few time with max dragonte or tyranitar but even worse ..so better dont try solo :)
