Iphone SE - Safe and Smooth to play?

Hello guys. I am going to buy my Iphone SE today and i would like to know if this Smartphone is enough to play Pokémon GO safe and smooth (without graphics bugs, terrible lag and freezes)?.
I have an Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML and the game runs very crap, laggy and full of bugs (its a 4gb ram and powerful smartphone, i guess PoGo runs bad cuz of the Intel Processor). If you have one Iphone SE or even a similar like Iphone 6 or 5s give me your opinion please. How the game runs on IOS actually?.

Thanks in advance.

iPhone 5s ... it loads and that's all. Forget about it.

Nice. No lags/error/freezes to heal Pokémon, take down gyms and raid battles?.

IPhone 5 user here, IPhone 5 works well enough, did not have GPS connection/drift issues like my sister's Samsung S7. Make sure you are not running too many apps at the same time or you will risk overheating and laggy gameplay

He's talking about the SE not 5 or 5S. I just got an SE myself. Awesome performance compared to my Samdung. The only problem is using Go Plus when idle. You get booted out of PoGo completely. I heard Niantic knows this and is working on this bug.

I use a SE. Get lags sometime or game freezes when trying to catch a wild Pokémon. Also, since the last update the phone gets guite warm, almost hot. Before the update temperature was only slightly warm.
Battery life is much better than with other phones due to the smaler screen. I rarely use my powerbank anymore.

Looks good enough. My Zenfone 2 almost made me quit the game. Lag and freezes all the time, many "Error" during gym battles and joining raids.

The SE is great in terms of gameplay performance, but PoGo (especially the latest version) will run down your battery pretty fast. You may want to invest in an external or a battery case.

You're basically buying an iPhone 6S in an iPhone 5\5S case

The processor is the same A9 found in the iPhone 6S so you can roughly expect the same performance. I have one and it plays it great. You will get no crashes in the game other than the ones that happen to everyone because the game is a poorly optimised mess.

I say, go for it you won't be disappointed in performance, and the price is great too :)

Like someone else said though, your battery will look as if its counting down in front of you. Invest in an external battery for long play sessions
