I just caught a 82 ivs Eevee with 800 cp with 9 14 14 ivs, what should i do with him? ?

Evolve it? Have no idea about your eeveelutions, but probably espeon is a good choice

Ok, I already have a level 36 98 ivs Espeon C/FS, A lv 36 91 ivs FS/ O Flareon, a couple of Vaporeon lv 36 with HP and AT and a lv 36 84 ivs TS/ TB Jolteon, I have the whole competitive Eevee family but Umbreon

Umbreon isn't useful though since prestiging doesn't exist anymore. You can still make use of multiple Vaporeons or Espeons for raids.

And Flareons.

For espeon, you want max stamina, since that's it weak point. Would make a great vaporeon, but that's not something you can pick.

if I've learned anything from the Po-Go community lately, it's that with the most recent update, good Pokémon are useless. Should transfer and become a spoofer.

Lol, depends on what eeveelutions you already have the most reliable amount or quality of.

High defense and stamina stats make more difference on an Espeon, Flareon and Jolteon, while a high attack stat is more important for Umbreon.

In case you didn't know, Flareon qnd Jolteon have high defence stats.
High stamina stats are important for Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon.
High defence stats are important for Vaporeon.
High attack stats are important for Umbreon.
