Could I solo a Vaporeon?

Yes, i beat one today with a 35 eggy and a 29 dnite with 55 sec left.

That double grass solar Venusaur should be really helpful, I haven't tried one since the first day (I already have 15 Vapes 2350-2850), I barely missed it--I had 6 Eggys 2300 to 2550, 4 with solar, but none of those were double grass. You should have some slack like the above poster does

Just bring the Venusaur and your top 5 Solar Beam Exeggutors and you should be fine. Unless dodging means you can get an extra Solar Beam off before fainting, don't bother dodging.

You can beat a Vaporeon. Double grass Exeggutors/Venusaurs for the first 4 mons with suicide squad style of play then 2 bulky but still high DPS mons for the last 2 slots.

If at first you don't succeed, try again, because it sucks when you go for a freshly charged solar beam and an aqua tail hits you before the animation finishes (loss of time and damage). The seed bomb ones will be the true MVP's

I tried and came so close today... its health was in the red, almost gone, just needed one more SB.... There was pretty bad game lag (once I couldn't swap my lineup), but I don't want to blame it on that.

What worked best was 5 Eggy with SB (D'nite as a backup, but timed out before his turn). They didn't all have double grass moves, is that the key? Also, which D'nite moveset is best?

Finally reinforcements arrived, but we weren't in sync (I guess you can only meet in the lobby in those 2 minutes, right?) and I remained on my own. But I will try again and successfully solo a Vape!

I think it should be feasible with all those Exeggutors. I tried yesterday with 3 grass (2 eggys, 1 venusaur) and 3 jolteon (I don't have so many high level grass attackers) and failed. The vaporeon had HP and literally fried the jolteons.
