Idea for stardust to help against gym overturn excesses

Common gym problems are:
1) stagnation - lack of being attacked by rivals
2) too fast overturn - gym holders have little time to build up a team and earn any coins

So we could use an incentive to take out long-sitting Pokémons while maintaining the "newcomers" for a while. How about:

You earn 10 stardust / 10 minutes of rival Pokémon in a gym.

In that case, if you kick one out that has been sitting there for 8h20, you get 500 stardust (max per Pokémon). Doing so all day, the cap would be 5000 stardust (it will be difficult as long-sitting Pokémons become rare given the competition).

I am in.
I would be giving my rivals their coin limit everyday.

I like this. It's a flip to the coins for attacking that I was pushing prior to the change but honestly stardust became a more valuable commodity.

I like it. I would lower the amount of dust earned though. Having a cap with that system is a great idea as it would keep spoofers getting ridiculous stardust.

Yes, I am now thinking of 10 stardust / 10 minutes / gym because if per Pokémon in a gym of 6, the reward would be too easily obtained. So for one gym, the reward would be for the longest sitting Pokémon of those who are kicked out.

The gym system sucks big time... really it's disgusting. I believe this game is free but we are being insulted.. even if it's free Niantic should be sued for wasting our lifetime...

I'm not getting coins.. sometimes I put pokemon and get 0 candy I really don't get this system.. sometimes when I have like 3 pokemon and only 1 returns he comes with 50. Today a snorlax came and 0 coins delivered.. why? it's a new day!!! This sucks ..

This idea will never be implemented by Niantic because it's a good one. Try again!
