irony of TMs

I really, really wanted to convert my IT/C tyranitar to B/C. So, TMs seemed to be a god send. However, TMs drop from raids infrequently. So, I spun raids like a Tibetan monk at his prayer wheel, and finally got a fast TM. Then I joined a couple Ttar raids. I didn't get any TMs from either, but caught a 97%IV B/C one, on the second try; just needs a bit of powering up.

Did I waste a TM?

No. IT sucks. Now you have two killers.

I personnaly wait for some raid boss rotation before TMing or powering up any of the current boss' species pokémon available.

This is a good point and a good idea...If the raid boss is available, it might make sense to wait on using the TM till the rotation happens.

Exactly! Only 2 mons I've powered up have been 96% Trex and 100% Machamp. I have many 82%-93% I've caught many with ideal movesets but I'm waiting until they rotate bosses to power up the winners.

i think i might have wasted a couple. need dust and candies shouldn't have spent anything until i had enough to do 6 and only worked on the 6 best (-1 for the one i got the old fashioned way)
