Ash Hat Pikachu Bug!!

Nearby shows a shaded Pikachu even though I already have it. Went for it. Gf saw + caught Ash Hat Pikachu while I saw + caught normal Pikachu.

May have to do with the delay of this event for some players. Though my Cash Shop has already been updated with the Anniversary Box.

Just sharing.

[edit: checked my Pokemon inventory after an hour. That very same Pikachu now has a hat]

Maybe it's random for each trainer, so the pikachu may or may not be wearing a hat. Kind of like Shiny Magikarps being shiny for some but not for all, even if it's same spawn.

Well, nice that it regained its hat. I'm not so fond of hat variants, I just hope to one day find a normal pikachu or hatch a pichu.
