What happens when you use fast TM on Starmie?

If you got a hidden power Starmie, does it get WG automatically or does it get one of the hidden power moves as well?

I just caught this bad boy this morning. 11/15/15 91% IV, level 29. Is it good for anything? Thanks.

It will probably switch over to WG, as you should not get a Hidden Power move when you reroll. But I have not tried this out yet.
As for Starmie with WG/HP, it is an absolute beast. It does more damage than Vaporeon and has water gun that outclasses Gyarados when countering Fire/Ground/Rock types. Be sure to dodge well though.

So I can't keep it as is? A fast TM is a must on this Starmie because of WG? (Got a few other Pokémon I'd like to use the fast TM on)

HP with stab is lucky on Starmie, you should keep it.

You will need two fast TMs to get another Hidden Power.

Recently I've caught 2 level 30s (I have tons of candy). One hidden power dark/psychic; one fighting/psychic. I won't put anything toward them, but going to look for a role for them while battling in gyms
