Help with Machamp 100% moveset (Fast TM)

I got 2 top Machamps in raids. First one is 100% with Bullet/Close Combat and the Second is 98% with Bullet/Dynamic Punch.

Which one do you guys would give a Fast TM first?

The difference betwen 98 and 100 is only the trophy value, so easy decision to use the one w/ Dynamic Punch.

That said, with your 2nd TM I would also use it on the 100%....C/CC is really good too.

Them both need lots of stardust to get lv 34.5 (im 33).
I got a powered Heracross with C/CC. Sadly this is more a choice than first and second to use TM.
