So I'm TL37 with a main goal of being able to solo all the tier 3 raids. Today from a T3 raid I got 2x TMs :O 1 fast and 1 charged. I would appreciate some advice on what I should prioritise their usage on. Here are some options
Fast TM
1) 3419CP IT/SE Tyranitar 96%
2) Bullet punch/Dynamic Punch Machamp 98%
3) RS/EQ Rhydon 100%
4) 2x SW/DC Dragonites 93% and 96%
Charged TM
1) 93% Alakazam PC/DG (try for Future sight)
2) 100% Espeon ZH/Pysbeam (try for Future sight)
3) 98% Jolteon TS/Thunder (try for thunderbolt)

For sure TTar or DNite, probably TTar.
Charged:
I wouldn't attempt ZH/PB Espeon or PC/DG Alakazam because there's a significant chance of you getting a much worse move, and the added benefit of Future Sight doesn't outweigh the risk. And Jolteon isn't important enough to use the charge on.
I'd save the Charge TM, but if you MUST use it, then do it on Alakazam I guess, if you like risk.
You can't go wrong with either the T-Tar or the Machamp. You'll eventually get more and do the other, so pick the one you use more NOW in raids. I'd do the Dragonites eventually, but if the other two you have up there are double dragon or DT/H, not as vital ATM.
Charges scare me because you could end up with a move you don't like. Out of those three, I'd sooner take the risk on the Espeon because it's 100%, because otherwise I'd keep evolving Eevees to get what I'm after. The best candidate is probably the Alakazam, but get Focus Blast or Shadow Ball and you're right back where you started. That's a 66.7% chance of disappointment. At least you're 50-50 with the Espeon, and the alternative of Psychic is still a step up from Psybeam. I've only used my charges on no-brainers like Fireblast T-Tar and Heavy Slam Machamp.
Pokebattler simulators would disagree with your assessment, but hey, you be you :) The choice is between 3 Psybeams at a total of 109 DPS or two Psychics at 117 DPS with slightly less charge time AND one fewer cool downs. Marginal, yes... Psybeam possibly having an advantage due to dodge style, sure... but it's there.
