Still no TM...
I am a level 35 player and have won 11 raids so far (at least 3 of them are four stars). How in the world do I still not be awarded with a single TM?
This is really discouraging and my old 100% Machamp with Bullet Punch and Stone Edge is still waiting on the sideline...

Please not. By now everyone is so sick of evolution items. Noone has good pokemon left to evolve or enough candy to do so. But still these supposedly rare items appear without fail every week, cluttering up the inventory. And I have already heard the same complaints from raiders regarding unneeded TMs. TMs should have been much rarer from day one. Too late now.
But I understand the need of Niantic to get players to spend money. So how about a guaranteed TM at any successful raid done with a premium pass? As compared to randomly one in every 30th raid for free passes?
Ive heard this RNG-comment so many times now, and all posting it sound so superior. Perhaps you also need to learn some about probabilities. No one beside Niantic now how those probabilities are distributed, and by which factor. I agree with the above statements that TM probability have changed significantly since raids started.
The balance is a bit out of whack now IMO...Someone here (high level player) did like 25 raids before even getting 1 I think so if Niantic wants people to spend money, people aren't going to be willing to pay $25 to get 1 TM...at those drop rates.
People will just play and do 1 raid a day and that doesn't help their bottom line neither...if anything, people will just not bother if it's too much work. My wife already doesn't care that much and sees it as "work" to raid to not waste her pass. I think this is the typical "casual" player mindset...Also, without people willing to spend on the pass, a Tier 4 Tyranitar may not have enough people to do it (I already don't see people in my area waiting for the egg to hatch so non-dense city players are getting shafted even more now).
Me and the wife don't spend our Pokecoins for premium raid passes anymore (we did 9 the first 2 days and spent 700 Pokecoins those 2 days...) since the drop rates are so low.
Also, people will simply ignore Tier 1-2 raids since they drop even less stuff for the same 1 pass.
I suggested they go to a raid credit system where there is a Premium raid card (like you see all those arcades have now) where you add credits.
The normal raid pass has 200 credits max (like now, we can do 2 raids a day if we skipped a day).
The premium raid pass, you reload and instead of all raids taking 1 pass, change to:
Tier 1: 25 credits
Tier 2: 50 credits
Tier 3: 75 credits
Tier 4: 100 credits
I'd do Tier 1 if they were "cheaper".
