Who do I power up?

I have around 50,000 dust to use to power up one of these guys. Who would be the most useful to power up as an attacker.

Golem 1653CP, 93% RT SE
Golem 1639CP 91% MS EQ
Machamp 2213CP, 95%, Counter-Close Combat
Gengar 2239CP, 93%, Hex-SludgeB
Gengar 2236CP, 98%, SC SludgeB
Espeon 2557CP, 96%, C FS
Exeggutor 1984CP, 96% BS SolarB

50,000 dust won't be enough to max out even one of those mons to level 35, besides Espeon.
But anyway, the most important mons you should power up are the Machamp, RT/SE Golem and Exeggutor.
Espeon is already usable at this level without any powering up.
