Which should I TM on?

I only have 1 fast TM for now, but there should be a slight chance of earning more TMs in the future.

These are the candidates, not sure if all of them are worth TMs:
Fast:
Exeggutor, CP 1653, HP 121, ZH/SoB, IV 13/10/11 75.6%, level 20.5 (mostly preferred)
Machamp, CP 1621, HP 115, BP/CC, IV 14/11/14 86.7%, level 20 (or to catch a raid boss)
Slowking, CP 1292, HP 117, WG/Blizzard, IV 9/14/12 77.8%, level 19 (or to evolve a new one, have candies)

Charged:
4 Flareons with FB and/or HW (or to evolve a new one, bad luck with Flareons, only 1 with Overheat in 6 Flareons evolved)
Granbull, CP 1706, HP 125, Bite/Crunch, IV 15/14/8 82.2%, level 25 (not enough candies to evolve a new one)
3 Vaporeons with Water Pulse (some of them have good IVs)
Vileplume, CP 1665, HP 108, Acid/PB, IV 13/15/13 91.1%, level 25 (I prefer quick moves that generates energy quick, Petal Blizzard is the main problem to me)

Maybe both TMs:
Rhydon, CP 2157, HP 145, MS/Earthquake, IV 13/0/13 57.8%, level 24 (not sure to change the quick move or the charge one, or even none)

Why I don't include any Dragonites here?
I only have 1 Dragonite with a low level and bad IVs, also a quite bad moveset. Dratini hatches are rare to me.

Of those the only one that seems worth is the Machamp. The Rhydon I would leave alone. I don't think I would use a charged TM on any of those until you have several and nothing more obvious pops. I only have 1 fast TM and no charged ones right now but Im using that on my only Tyrantiar.

I wouldn't touch the eggy. It boils down to how easy it is to get eggy candy and just evolving a new one.

Example. I was tempted to fast tm my golem to get a rs/se moveset. But then I noticed that I had amassed 190 candy so I decided to evolve 1 first. Lo and behold I got a rs/se ?. Now I have a fast tm saved.

It should be easier with eggy since they cost 50 candy to evolve

I have exactly 50 candies for now.

Soloing L3s is cool but for me L4s yeild the best rewards. Id recommend picking one L3/L4 raid boss and use the TMs to build its counters. Better teams of counters will yeild better rewards and more tms.

try to get a exeguttor, machamp, vaporeon and rhydon from a raid.
I would only use tms on these when they have good iv and are powered up to 30(+). Yours are around level 20, so using free passes to get high iv with possible better moveset is better.
I would only use a charge tm if you get garantueed better movesets (or have a lot of tms). Flareon with hw have also ember and costs 2 tms.

So i wouldn't use a tm on these, unless u have a lot of tms
