What happens when you use fast TM on Vaporeon?

He can only learn Water Gun. So when a fast TM is used on him, can he learn Bubble, or some other water quick move?

Just logic.

Just if someone understood I said that vape learns the move "Splash", that is not what I meant, it is a joke with the original series, when magikarp or azurill or any mon with splash use that move they say "magikarp used splash... but nothing happened".
