id leave the exeggutaor tbh. that's really good against machamp, seed bomb is just solely good for defending. personal preference I wouldn't change slowbro, u could still get ice beam and waste it, as it is it's stillgood against machamp. and espeon I would change both. C/P is good, and C/FS is the best

Alternative Movesets
I have a 93% Exeggutor (26xx CP) with Confusion/Psychic, a fairly good Slowbro (21xx CP) with Confusion/Water Pulse, and a fairly good Espeon (25xx CP) with Zen Headbutt/Psychic.
Would it be worth a Charge TM to try and change my Exeguttor's Confusion/Psychic to Confusion/Seed Bomb? They are both ranked A, so I assume they are pretty similar, but I'd like to get some thoughts.
Would it be worth a Charge TM to try and get Psychic on my Slowbro rather than Water Pulse? It'd make it more useful on attack against Machamp raid bosses, but I can't see it being too much more useful outside of that.
And finally, is it worth it at all to use any TMs on my Espeon? Thanks!
EDIT: By the way, I use this Exeggutor almost exclusively for defending gyms, and then occasionally in a Machamp raid. The Slowbro I've used for both defense and attack. The Espeon I've used for defense and attack. (Sure it has a lame defense moveset, but when I'm pressed for options, I can't be too picky.)

Exeggutor:
C/SeedB and C/P are indeed both rated A, but that is for defense. You have no business using Eggies as defenders in the current meta. They are much too important as attackers and defense doesn't matter anyway in this system.
C/Solar Beam is a great attacking moveset, so that would speak in favour of using a TM, BUT C/P is also very useful. If for instance you ever want to try to solo a Machamp that mon will come in very handy. I myself am contemplating spending valuable stardust taking a C/P Eggy from L20 to L30 for that very reason.
Slowbro is unfortunately fairly irrelevant in the current meta. Don't use your valuable TM's here. Much rather use your Eggy for that Machamp matchup. (EDIT: OK at 2100+cp he might be useful).
Most of Espeons moveset are pretty solid so I'm not sure it is worth it here either, but sure if you want to use a TM I'd use a charged TM here and hope for Futuresight. Only problem is you might end up with Psybeam, which would be worse than what you already have.
Slowbro with C/Wp is fine for defense, and there are better attackers for water ir psychic.
Espeon is probably not worth it unless it has exceptional IVs.
Exeggutor with C/So is a really strong attacker. C/Se is a bit weaker but still useful in taking down enemy gyms, and gets better as defenders lose motivation.
I don't know that any of these Pokémon are worthy of a TM. Since they aren't that much higher than Lv 30, and all require =<50 candies to evolve a new one.
It shouldn't be too hard to find another decent one to evolve and hope for better. I mean in the case of espeon you can try 5 times to get the right moves on one for the same candy as evolving one machamp or Ttar.
Save the TM's for guys that require 125+ candies to evolve.
I used a charged TM on a 2510 Exeggutor with Confusion/Psychic to get Solar Beam. Espeon and Alakazam are more powerful attackers against Machamp IMO, and C/P is not very useful in the meta right now. In contrast, having extra C/SoB Eggies is useful against a good number of the raid bosses. But Psychic definitely has the potential to get a buff in future updates, so I'd understand if you wanted to hold onto it.
I wouldn't touch the Espeon or Slowbro due to the ease of getting both of them. The Eggy is at least legacy!
