Gyms Showing The Wrong Colour

Has anyone else noticed a bug whereby the colour shown on a gym from a distance is not correct ?

I recently took down a blue gym and added my (yellow) Snorlax as a first defender. The gym stayed blue, but when you clicked on it, you could see the yellow flag above my Snorlax within a blue surrounding. Also, if you clicked on the disk for the pokestop, it was yellow. But from a distance it looked like a blue gym.

I have since seen another yellow gym looking like a blue one from a distance.

Anyone else experienced this ?

Once I battled down a gym with a Raid counter on it.
After putting in my mon, it stayed blue.
Me thought it's just a glitch due to that countdown thing..

I think, this is not a glitch. This behaviour makes sense. In the other case, assume a gym with a level 4 egg and some players who want to do the raid.
There would be battles over and over until finally the egg breaks, because every team wants the bonus balls for the raid boss.

This would disturb the friendly atmosphere in front of the gym enourmously. So, if the gyms color is frozen until end of raid, it is not really neccesairy to battle waiting for the raid boss to hatch.

Have the same experience, took over rival gym just before raid, put my defender in and got 0 bonus balls.
But I was only one who came before an egg hatch. Most others showed up in 10-30 minutes.

Yes I've experienced this, they just need to fix it. Again update is still new, they need time prior to the anniversary event to iron things out hopefully.
