Who to power up/max?

I've got a:

3101 B/SE Tyranitar with 13A/12D/15S
3041 DT/H Dragonite with 13A/14D/15S
2471 MS/SE Rhydon with 14A/12D/15S
1657 RT/SE Golem with 15A/15D/13S
1652 MS/E Golem with 15A/11D/15S

775,716 stardust

Which of these should I power up now and are there any that I should max out?

I know it may sound redundant and to some might be a no-brainer, but I would like some advice on these.

I would power the Golems to level 30 first, before even considering maxing out anything.

Agreed, with stardust rarer now, I'd bring any existing to lvl 30 before powering others further. You're going to want to have dust in reserve to power up legendaries.

In my opinion, Tyranitar (best moveset) and Dragonite (good moveset) yes. You can power them up.
RT/SE golem is a beast , I really like it. Again, the best moveset

Rhydon is ok. I do not like Rhydon much, but also has the best moveset, so go ahead.

But I would NOT power up the last golem. I find rock attacks are much better than earth ones (that's why I find Golem better than Rhydon).

Another good option is waiting a bit to see if there's another gym rework or something.

I don't agree with B/SE being Tyranitars best moveset anymore. Increasingly the game is gonna favour similar typing for fast and charged moves more and more. At the moment I would kill for a B/C Tyranitar yet all I get are B/SE and B/FB, which I turn into B/SE via charge TM's.

Yep, I have a B/C Tyr but I find Crunch slow, comparing with Dragon Claw for example. Anyway, both B/C and B/SE are great movesets. The best is having one at least of each type.
