Which is the better pokemon?

Right now I have 4 pokemon I want to eventually have for raids. Which one should I max out first.

Golem, 96% IV, 1659 cp, RT/EQ
Flareon, 89% IV, 1675 cp, FS/OH
Venusaur, 91% IV, 1814 cp, RL/SB(sludge bomb)
Omastar, 89% IV, 1969cp, MS/HP

Now I realize that most of these need better moves. I currently have about 200k dust, enough candies to max any of them, and a fast/charged TM. Which is the better overall pokemon to have on a raid team?

Most raid bosses are very weak to Rhydon/Golem. It is the most generalist choice.

The Golem is what I have been leaning towards as well. I was thinking about using a charged TM on her and trying to get either stone edge or rock blast.

Well, the bosses are actually weak to Ground attacks not Rock attacks. A quick TM to get mudshot would actually be better.

However in PvP Golem is the best rock damage, so it would be better to double rock for that.

Edit: Evans27 makes a good point. Maybe you should double rock it.

Yea but I wouldn't want a ground golem anyway considering rhydon is better then it in every aspect, and easier to get for most people

Sorry I should have included that I have a 96% IV Rhydon with MS/SE. I was really looking for an exclusive rock pokemon.

Legendary birds and charizard are very weak to rock so I'd lean double rock. I think Rhydon is better used as a double ground type if you need it.

I would change all Golem to double rock and only change some Rhydon to double ground.

Golem. And TM charge move to SE to make it double rock
