If you didn't catch It, try again! Do other raids and save golden razzberry. Be careful because maybe there Will be a Raid Boss Migration Just like there is with Nests.

Hmmm im 6 for 6 and havent even come close to letting a boss escape yet . Only one I used goldens for was the Tyranitar and I got him on the 2nd throw .

Being patient on throws is the key. You never want to waste a ball because a mon jumps over your ball or the ball hits the mon when there is no target circle. The safest time to throw a ball is when the mon is finishing the attack animation so by the time the mon stays still and opens up it's circle target the ball hits it. Time it correctly and you will never waste a ball. If the mon breaks free from a ball at least that's a random thing. Hope that all made sense. Haha

Sometimes I just get too excited and mess up my curves with good bosses! An Arcanine fled on me but judging its cp it wasn't that great. I came across a nice infographic of raid boss max and min CPs. Will look for it if interested

The person that replied here about patience being key is very true! Also be able to recognize what range of the circle counts as a great throw, and try your best to wait and time your throws to hit just inside the time radius of giving you the great multiplier on top of the golden razz boost. AND MAKE SURE YOU PRACTICE CURVEBALLS. THE CATCH RATE MULTIPLIER ON SUCCESSFUL CURVEBALLS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR CATCHING HIGHER LEVEL POKEMON.
