I know this has been asked before but I couldn't find the thread. I have a 91% 12hp 14attk 15def with bp/cross chop. I just acquired a fast TM a few hours ago. Is cross chop as good as dynamic punch? Not sure what to do

If that is your main Machamp I would use the TM to get counter. And then wait for a charge TM to try to get DP or CC. Or beat a Machamp boss and catch it and hope it got C/DP or C/CC. Bosses usually have high IVs also.

I have another one but his atk is only 11. He has DP

There is not too much difference between 11 and 14 attack IV. Or at least not nearly as much as the difference between Dynamic Punch and any other charge move.
