Rare Candies Question

Everywhere I see that explains Rare Candies does it the same fucking way.

They say when you use it on a pokemon it turns it into a candy that pokemon type.

TO me it reads that it transforms your pokemon into a candy and you lose the pokemon. But that would be the same thing as transferring.

I am sure I will get a lot of hate for this question but I just want to make sure before I lose a larvitar trying to get a single damn candy.

oh man the official description does say it right.

Kept looking everywhere online and was having trouble finding it be that clear.

YESSSS this is great, now that cuts off 10km of walking with my Larvitar.. 75 candies. 25 more and my pupitar is a tyranitar!!!

Pronoun problems: "it" refers to the rare candy that turning into a specific pokemon candy. But Niantic's sentence is constructed ambiguously, and "it" could be a referent to the pokemon itself.

Was it necessary to drop the F bomb in your question? This isn't Reddit, you know.

"The F bomb"? What are you, 6 y.o.? It's just a word. Get over it.

You don't have to be ugly, I use the word as much as many others so, but my point was it shouldn't be used in every other sentence or every question.

I've been on this board for some time and have seen the tone and language deteriorate lately. And that's unfortunate.

You have to feel a little sad for people whose worldview is so twisted that they're offended by a word that describes something beautiful yet not at all troubled by a word that describes a horrifying weapon.

EDIT: I'm of course referring to the twisted worldview behind the phrase "the f-bomb."

which you coulda got if you transferred it anyway, only it costs a rare candy for the same effect.

Tap on Rare Candy, then it goes to your Pokémon Inventory, tap on pokemon you wish to give candy to, screen comes up showing the transfer, tap to confirm. Same confirm screen comes-up again if you have more rare candies. Exit out when done.... easy.
