Which would you do?
So I'm in need for a good attack rhyhorn. I have two choices because of TMs
Currently I have two quick move TMs and one charge TM.
Should I change a CP 1873 96%iv
Current moves RS/SE (so all I would need is one quick move TM)
Or
CP 2799 93%IV
current move RS/Megahorn
For this guy I would obviously need both TMs maybe even a 2nd charge TM because I want MS/SE
My gut says the RS/Megahorn only because he would be a good attacker and I wouldn't have to use as much dust. But then again I would have to use a couple TMs. What do you guys think?

out of those choices I would say the 96% with just a single TM use.
Firstly its the quick move you need to roll, so you are guaranteed to get what you want in one roll.
the other one is not only lower IV's but also needs both moves rolling. You also may have to roll the charge move several times to get exactly what you want.
And yes...the 96% one needs powering up...but its just what I would be leaning towards, if you are really short on dust, maybe it would be different for you
with the changes to stab and super effective multiplier, super effective rock smash does more dps than neutral mud slap, so if you're raiding vs snorlax or tyranitar you'd actually want rock smash (ms would have 1.2x vs snorlax due to stab, rs would have 1.4x, and against tyranitar, ms would have 1.2 x 1.4 = 1.68x while rs would have 1.4 x 1.4 = 1.96x
if you're just looking to attack regular gyms they're easy enough anyway that I wouldn't use a TM just for that reason.
but if you still want to then personally i'd rather have a rhydon with rs + eq or se in the game's current state so I'd TM the one with rs + mh, bonus is that it's already high level too.
I would probably wait for now...Golem is probably better spent to get double rock IMO...
That said, I was thinking of using a fast TM and change my best Rhydon (15Att, 93%) from Rock Smash/Earthquake to Mud Slap/Earthquake...
Mostly since Rhydon is overall, the strongest ground attacker in the game, but I suppose it's not needed till I get a mountain more TMs...Only useful against Jolteon and fire types...
Already got Machamps and Alakazams (FB) for Snorlax.
Do you really want SE?
Maybe nowadays Earthquake is better.
I believe that being superrefective is key.
Isnt now Double ground moves better than ms/se?
Ground superfective againts electric and poison while rock inst and both sefective on fire ( i think the only one that both rock and fire are superfective)
So maybe depending on the boss is better to use pure ground or pure rock
