Mass transfer... or not?

I had 3 teams for prestiging (1000 CP, 1200, 1400) and kept all my higher CP with mediocre IV's - 70 - 80 ... so given that there is no longer the need to prestige (and the ability to get TM's) what transferring / actions have you all done with your Pokemon?

I've transferred a LOT, but am still stock piling mons for mass evolves so I figure I can get a new furret army if they are needed again...

It IS a pity you can't spar, test mons anymore in your own team gyms...

yes, they could add training with keeping the same gym system. Train for XP or berries or dust...

Mass transfer... or not?

I am still waiting. I do not hope that prestiging comes back, but i feel, there are still big changes coming soon. The gym system does not work well at all.

Holding off at the moment from a mass transfer.

I feel like there are some more tweaks to do. That said pretty sure I am transfering my ratticate and murkrow armies soon as they are useless in every situation at this point.

This might warrant more experimentation, but I've noticed that if I blast a Gary with a 1700 CP Jolteon it looses more motivation than when I use my 2200 Jolteon. I was able to clear what appeared to be a fully motivated Gary in 3 rounds rather than 5.

If this is verified then it might be worth hanging onto prestigers to save time taking over gyms. Given how badly they tried to nerf high CP mons on defense, this might be true for offense too.
