Can you rejoin a Raid?

I tryed to solo a Vaporeon without success. My question is can i rejoin a raid on the same Mon with a group or do I just have to keep trying it solo.

Yes you can join a group as long as there are other players in the lobby . Or other players can join you if you enter first
