Buddy advice

I haven't got the slightest idea who to buddy now. I have had Snorlax for 600 km and now they are basically worthless, because Niantic made this 10% Cp decrease over 3000cp.

Is there maybe an attacker that is great to have?

What is the core of your attack crew now? What are raids like in your area? (Lonely or strong groups?)

Raids are few people or lonely, I haven't tried in the city yet.
- My main attacker is ~2700 exegguttor C/SoB
- I have two dragonite over 3000cp but steel wing (DP, O) (use them occasionally).
- Vape 2900 with pump
- ~2700 Espeon C/FS
- Jolteon 2450 thunder
- 2300 Flareon FS/O
- 2300 Houndoom Snarl/Fireblast
- Gengar, Venusaur, Victrebell, Vileplume (21xx-22xx CP)
- Lapras (~1930 CP, Fb/IB)
- other things like Golem, Rhydon and Gary (don't use them much for attacking)

I have always went Blissey but have switched to Tyranitar since will be in my raid lineup pretty much always and candies are rare.

Blissey is too slow for my taste even though I have a strong one 2700 CP Pound/DG

What is this 10% decrease you're talking about? The one months ago?? I only have the one decent Snorlax and it will be maxed out at 3242 in just 22.8 kms more. Then I plan to finish off my last 2 Dragonites 60 km each if I can't find any candies. After that I'll be walking the Chansey to max out my one and only Blissey.

Niantic fucked over Pokémon with more than 3000 CP. The motivation (and thereby CP) in the gym will decrease by 10% every hour. For other mons it's 1%.
