Dragon Breath/Hurricane Nite

Thanks to my second charged TM, got Hurricane on my 91 IV legacy Nite. Man, does this guy FLY! I wanted outrage but this moveset does work.

Has anyone else played around with TMs and legacy moves?

Debating what I should do with dragonites. I have two db/dc. One at 91 Iv the other at 88.9. I always wanted to db/o nite but not sure if I wanna give away this legendary moveset. I also have two dt/o nites but I feel like why even mess with those because you can't get the old movesets with the re roll. I MIGHT gamble with one of the db/dc nites Since I have two anyway. We'll see when I finally get a TM. Does the level of the raid boss Matter when getting a tm?

I wouldn't touch those. I had DB/DP so it was an easy call to futz with mine.

I've received two charged TMs from level 4 bosses. Nothing from anything else so far.

Had a SW/DC Dragonite now it's got DT/DC. Didn't really notice that much difference in performance to be honest. DT is better than SW but I still dislike how slow it is.

Interesting. I have a Nite I want to change into that as well. Maybe after you get used to it a bit more, it'll grow on you?

I don't think I will, but I'll still use it anyway because it's still a Dragonite at the end of the day, even SW/HB Dragonites still do a quicker job than many Pokemon with their best movesets.

I have a DT/HB Dragonite that I hoped to use it as a Blissey attacker prior to the rework and it just ended up sitting in gyms because I disliked how clunky it was.

I have a DB/HB Dragonite which is only sitting at around 1400, and that's going to get the first charge TM I get. Back when ~2500 CP was considered high CP for a defender I loved using that Dragonite to attack because of DB.

Hyper Beam was slow but most of the time is spent using quick moves, so worst case is I miss one quick dodge because of HB while with DT/DC I miss more dodges in total because of DT.

The missed dodges have never been the difference between sweeping a gym or not but it still annoys me a bit when it happens, enough that I'd rather have a DB/H or O Dragonite than one with DT/H or O even if it does less damage.

Wouldn't this Nite wreck a grass moves Venusaur while double resisting?

Of course it would take some sims to determine if he outperforms FS/OH Flareon by any large measure
