Move Re-rolls
This is going to cause me havoc with my OCD and Pokebag... Like many others I keep one of each moveset per Pokemon (obviously highest IV) and dispose any I get that may be duplicates.
Now I'm going to want to keep duplicates for the re-roll. Bag size is going to be a problem. Anyone else have solutions or tips for this?

I would just get rid of non-stab moves since usually, some other mon will do that job "better"...(since that mon will get STAB as well as SE into any defender).
Like Arcanine with Wild Charge? Wild Charge is great, but just use a Jolteon with Thunderbolt...
That's my plan at least.
For raids, you now need a team of 6 solid attackers...Snorlax, Lapras, T-rex and definitely Blissey will be very hard to beat unless you have a very large group which maybe impossible depending on area...I'd guess Blissey will take > 6+ attackers and Snorlax can probably be done if you have 4-6 solid people with maxed out mons, movesets, little lag.
I am planning my Machamp army and plan to level up to 30 my 95% C/CC one (I left it at ~1300 to prestige), then probably work on my BP/DP one...
Once I get 6 to Level 30, then I will start to max them for my level...
Hear you. Been planning my Machamp army since game started. Machop are almost as rare as Chansey here, so I'll let you know when I get my first Machamp, at least I have a 98% IV candidate now.
Now watch Niantic change the game in another 8 months and make prestigers super important again. I guess they keep changing things to keep us busy and active (and playing, and paying).
