Which one to power up, as now there is TM?
All are level 20
91% KC/CC
95% C/DP
100% BP/CC

Need one for raid boss

Def the C/DP one. Best moveset and nearly perfect IVs.

Firstly why is the 91% one included? The others are clearly better options.

And yeah the C/DP one is the best and safest bet.

I would be tempted to do the 100% one and roll it's moves with TMs into C/DP. But that would required atleast 2 TMs and the IV difference is small.

KC is legacy and it generates energy faster than C.
Not sure if KC/DP better than C/DP.

Yep. Now that we have TM, KC/DP is a real contender for the best moveset.
