Can somebody enlighten me about this?

As you can see there is a difference between "Time Defending" and "Time Defended". What parameters does the game consider time spent left in the gym as defended?

Time defended is the toal time at that stop for all of your mons from here going forward. It's currently glitching too.

Time defending is the current time defended of the mon you have in there now.

I battled Mystic for that gym so I started clean. Why isn't the timer synced? Bug? Or there is an unknown mechanic we still doesn't know or understand?

the time defended gets updated when your mon returns to you. Or at least that's what happened to me...

As far as I can tell the above comment is correct. But yes there are bugs too. I have one gym that lists my time defended right now at 17340d 2h.

I'll srop focusing on them then. Thanks for the heads up. System is still buggy so I'll probably leave it alone.
