And this is only a fact if Base Stats are increased, Not the actual Level.

I guess they increase neither. In this case ditto will have no 600Att/def.

I even don't think that they would Bring a tyrantar with around 2000ATK stat.. this would instant kill all Mons..

Maybe they will increase HP stat only till they reach 25k CP. Would make Sense for 5+ groups

My understanding is that the situation is worst, boss should have standard stat for att and def and a huge increased stamina (let say 200, 200 and 2000 compared to your figure). Ditto will copy att and def with an higher difference on stamina :-)
