"Authentification failed, try again" problem

I'm I the only one, who can't login? I have PTC and iOS 9.3.5 on an iPhone 6s Plus.
The strage thing is, that I get always the same notification(see title), not only if I enter my Username, but also if I enter a name like ")5dhE%#sdv" , what should not exist. I told a friend, who has no problems to enter a senseless name like above, and he always gets a compleately different error. He gets "Wrong username or password...."

I already deleted the app 3 times and rebooted my phone. Still the same problem...

Has anyone an idea what I could do to get back into the game? (I'm a legit player btw and was able to play this morning as usual)

Sorry, I'm using Android. I couldn't log in PoGo with my PTC Account yesterday morning. I then did the remove-downgrade-update trick and was able to play in the evening. This morning, I couldn't log in again. Niantic really know how to ruin my exercise days!

Login issues with PTC here too, since yesterday. It came back this morning but went down again a few hours ago :(
