Have any IOS (iPhone) users updated yet? It is still not live in my App Store.

Not me either. Apple is usually 24-36 hours behind with their release. So this is expected. I would guess tonight or earlier tomorrow.

Same for me, nothing yet. I live in Europe (GMT+1).

This is the downside of having an apple product. The customers gets nothing until Apple decides so. This is where Android phones have the advantage.

Well, doesn't really matter because people who are on Android aren't doing anything different right now. It isn't like the gyms are open yet.

True, but they will get a head start getting familiar with the app and have the advantage in using it over all as they will already know how to search, and what new things were added and where they are located (app navigation).

So when iPhones do get the app there will be the same questions about searching Android users already figured out about 24 hours ago.
