Yeah I respect this site but I strongly disagree. I have once maxed out and it's super boring and frankly dose very little damage. Blissy isn't a top tier attacker in my opinion

I disagree. I have two 3000+CP P/HB Blisseys and they are amazing for attacking for efficiency. While it might be a bit slower HB still does a TON of damage and Pound isn't that bad. They can get through a number of pokes.

There is a video posted a couple weeks back of one Blissey taking down 3 and 1/2 Dragonites. That is huge.

I have a feeling my two P/HB Blisseys are going to be awesome for Raid bosses being able to take a hit and survive. I'm stoked.

Blissey is rated high as an attacker because you essentially tank your way through a battle since Blissey has so much hp and is difficult to KO. Dragonite & Tyranitar defeat enemy pokemon quicker, but in the wrong matchup, those 2 will be defeated much quicker as well. If you use Blissey as an attacker, you will be disappointed and bored if you expect it to be quick.

I think dazzling gleam is the best, especially when considering it is SE against Dragonite and Tyranitar.

As someone who has mistimed dodges of Dazzling Gleam while going through multiple Blisseys in a level 10 gym with my Tyranitar and gang of Dragonites, I completely agree with you that Dazzling Gleam is actually the best defending move for Blissey.

It has always been the best for defense. We aren't discussing that. We are talking for attacking.
