Arcanine RNG failure

I've done over 30 arcanine evolutions today I had lvl 30 93% and lvl 27 96% both got Snarl/Crunch :( all I want is FF/FB, I do have 1 FF/FB lvl 21 84%, would you guys power him up? I also have lvl 31 Flareon FS/OH

I am in a somewhat similar situation I have done about 15 arcanine evolutions since post gen 2 hoping for S/WC still none in sight.

I have like 5 or those took me a while the double fire ff/fT tho RNG can be a mystery , think this moveset(s/wc) is becoming even better now with the SE increase

With your flareon, you do not really need arcanine.

I have got an arcanine at level 31 (FF/FT), but i hardly use it. There are no real good matchups for it at the moment.

I think with upcoming changes S/wc is the optimal move for him and if you need a fire attached flareon would be the best bet

Ha! I evolved 2 Arcanines today and also got Snarl Crunch on both of them!))))
And yes, Flareon will do

I have 12 Arcanine with FF/FB from 2436 CP 89 IV to 1596 CP 89 IV, would have gladly traded for Machamp C/DP but with TM now no need for trading.
