What if?

What if ninantic let us re pick our teams with this update would anyone switch? I'm instinct and I probably would not switch even know instinct is the smallest minority

See that's what I'm thinking and I hope that is how they pass out legendary's that's the only reason I joined instinct

I also think that a lot of people would switch to instinct and even out the teams

My town is controlled by one team and it isn't mine. The entire town would join that team even though it is spoofer run.With group battles coming I do not see how there would be any other choice.

Which team is that? Idk I don't think everyone would just band wagon one team. Considering the raids are open to all teams

Open to all teams but there was that note about "the team holding the gyms when they switch getting increased rewards". 23 of 25 gyms are all held by the same team here. Of course everyone here would switch to them. If you aren't on that team right now you don't collect much of anything.

This is only, if you are not only on the dominant team, but also in the group holding all the gyms. If not, you are in the worst situation. All the gyms are stagnant, you are not in any of them, and you can not even attack them. Nothing to do, and even 10 measly coins per day are out of your reach. This happened to my home town; when I was visiting there, basically everybody had stopped playing. Of course, with the new system everything might be different.

Maybe after this huge update teams doesnt matter anymore cause you will need enemy teams to get kicked out of gyms to earn coins.
