Lvl 1 perfect spearow

What do I do with it? Evolve? Power up? Max out?

trophy , i dont think any one would use a spearow lvl 1 or lvl 39

If you have a legit level one Pokemon, keep it. They are surprisingly difficult to get. Let alone one with perfect IVs.

I don't really agree that level 1s are hard to find, but perfect level 1s are incredibly difficult to find. That said Spearow is probably one of the least valuable perfect level 1s you could have.

Wait for the gym rework.

Since it is a Sparrow, it would have been transferred with out an appraisal. Lots of mons are in that category.

That's why I don't check low-level, common pokes. I don't want the dilemma. I would check it in the bubblestrat calculator, then start feeding it dust over time when I had some to burn.

pidgeotto, raticate, and fearow, among others, are throw away prestigers. Use them to power up a friendly gym and grind 'em into candy when they faint. Raticate is my favorite. 2 good rats should be able to take out a Lax with adequate dodges.
