Gyarados question

I have many Gyaradoses, as Magikarps are really common here. The 2 low IV ones are both wild Gyarados catches. I have 2 more wild Gyarados catches, but both are sub-400 CP.
1: CP 3008 IV 95 (15/15/13) DT/OR (maxed for my level)
2: CP 2776 IV 91 (13/15/13) B/C
3: CP 2756 IV 84 (13/13/12) B/DP (legacy)
4: CP 2641 IV 46 (13/08/00) DT/HP
5: CP 2173 IV 88 (14/14/12) DT/HP
6: CP 2072 IV 48 (12/03/07) B/HP
7: CP 1991 IV 88 (15/11/14) B/T
8: CP 1907 IV 93 (15/14/13) DT/OR
9: CP 1836 IV 82 (14/10/13) B/T
10: CP 1670 IV 93 (13/14/15) DT/OR
11: CP 1668 IV 91 (14/12/15) DT/C
I also caught IV 93 (14/14/14) Magikarp yesterday, CP 107.
I have about 350 candies now. Shoukd I get the last 50 candies to evolve the IV 93 Karp, or should I power up any of my Gyaradoses first?
P.S. I caught the IV 93 karp with my very last poke ball. At first when I saw the appraisal, I thought I caught a perfect karp!

I'd say to power up the one with DT/HP and 88% or any other good IV with DT/any. You have high IV Garys with all the good moves, so why make another one before powering these up?
But, and this is a big "but", gym rework is probably gonna be here tomorrow, so I'd wait to see what's gonna happen.

Wait until after the gym rework completes. Then make your decision.

In my opinion no, because Crunch is quite slow and may be avoided easily. In case the Gary won't faint by Jolteon's constant electric hits it may spam Hydro Pump which is significantly faster now.

If unaffected by the gym rework, the 88% DT/HP and 93% DT/OR ones are the clear winners.
