I'm wondering because I finally caught one this morning but it wasn't in the water areas I've been scouting.
So I'm starting to think I may be better served scouting the cluster spawns for this event.

I caught one at a totally random spawn point just out of range of a stop in my small downtown area. Don't know how helpful that would be for you!

Ive caught 2 so far since the even began and they both had WG/HP and WG/IB.
Turned them into candy.

Can also confirm cluster spawns. Mine just so happened to be feet from the shoreline though. Just one so far.

For your own good guys. Dont check the tracker if u cant pause what ur doing.. had a handfull of heartbreaks this way T.T

Every once in a while I see a moderate rare spawn on tracker and I ask myself Is it worth it to drop what I'm doing. The answer is usually no. That being said I did get my ass outta bed at midnight for a Larvitar one time!
