yes you can find a snorlax 2600cp 100%iv wild, or a dragonite 2500cp 100% for example ;)

it's all about the iv and the level of the pokemon you find, that's what give the cp, you can find a high level pokemon

Kinda kills the game for me. Just pray for rngesus for a good dragonite than keep farmin for dratinis.

theres a glitch where wild pokemon's atk iv is affected by their place in the dex.

wild Starters always get 0-1 atk iv cuz they are at the start while dratinis have like 14-15 atk ivs always.

There's far worse things that "kill the game" than this. Just saying.
