Best way to see IV's?

I have returned to the game after a couple of months without playing and all my preferred apps for IV's have dissappear or are outdated.

Some recommendations? Preferible something like IV Rater used to do, without data inserting.
Thanks

Droid or Apple? For Apple I use Poke genie which is absolutely terrific.

All of them that will not get you banned require some data insertion but PG simply uploads your screenshot automatically when taken.

I don't use any app for IV.
I'll look at the in-game appraisal for 98% of the mons that I catch, For the few mons of interest, I use the calculator on this web-site because I prefer to know the max CP in addition to the IV.
The IV time-suck for me is now gone.

Pokegenie is really nice. Especially for hatches. As you can see in the pic below I simply take a screen shot and am automatically prompted with the IV. Then I can immediately transfer or further define the IV. The app itself is also very handy with a ton of nice features for your pictures mon like powerup costs etc moveset grades and other stuff. Of course if you don't hatch a lot the need for a lot of IV checks isn't as high. I do recommend you at least give this a try as it's super simple and very fun.

Thank you for the heads up. I'll have to look into it.
I like the idea of knowing the power up costs, too.

It does a ton of things. All ban free. I won't go into detail as it's too much to get into. However if you download it and have any questions feel free to ask here and I'll happily give any info you wish.

Is this available on android or something good similar? I used ivgo and IVFLY both before getting scared off. I enjoy seeing the moveset grades, power up cost etc.

Another nice thing about PokeGenie is it will give you the IV percentage and ALSO the % CP max in it's power up calculator. So for Blissey with Att 15 you can easily see how an 89% IV might actually be 95%. The user interface is brilliantly designed, I was happy to pay the few $ to get extra features and also to support this developer.

I actually do what you do most of the time, just do in game appraisal and estimate the level based on dust cost. But sometimes for relevant mons I want to know more detail, then I do a quick screenshot, and next time I open Pokegenie it automagically recognizes the image and brings it into the database... super slick!
