I don't think Feebas would hatch from 10km eggs, the way I see it Feebas is similar to Magikarp and that they would make it somewhat common but make it so the candy needed to evolve to Milotic would be 400 or something similar to Magikarp->Gyarados evolution. But that's just my thoughts, good list :)

Six random squares in the whole game! They might have shifted each day. They did in genIV, not sure about III. Then you had to load it up with the best beauty berries(blocks, poffins) too! I expect Milotic to be the biggest pain in the game. If she's not I would be disappointed to be honest.

Oh I haven't played all the main series games so I didn't know Feebas was that hard to catch in them. In that case it would be cool if they did something special for Feebas in this game.
