First Catch of The Day
Does anyone deliberately only catch evolution pokemon to get the extra stardust for the first catch? Speaking of Stardust, when are they gonna release a berry for extra stardust? That would be a welcomed addition i am sure.

You get the same amount of bonus stardust for the first catch of the day, regardless of what you catch. Daily bonus stardust is 600 for each day except the 7th where it's 3000.
It doesn't multiply the stardust for catching a Pokemon so catching a Pokemon that has a larger stardust reward doesn't make the bonus any better.
Actually, you get no more stardust than you would normally get. ANY time you catch a pidgeotto, you get 300 dust. If you catch a pidgey, you get 100 dust. Your first catch of the day is worth 600 dust. There's no bonus for catching an evolution pokemon as the first one of the day (300+600=900) (100+600=700)
